goals of this project:
educate the chantry that there is a threat of nefandi influence

not let the nefandi know that the Painting spirit realm can detect nefandi

identify who might have nefandi corruption in the Chantry.

capture/neutralize/cure/kill the two people that are showing nefandi influence in the Painting spirit realm.

anything else?
