Camping with Alexander

This isn't so much a request for company or assistance, just letting people know that during his downtime Alexander is scrounging items and setting up a camp in the orchard at the far end of the property.

Lu: "Oh, um, hey, Alexander! I...made you this bird-feeder. So maybe you can entice some things-with-feathers to your tent! If you want. No pressure."

"Thank you for your kindly gift." Alexander will hang the feeder from a nearby limb and commence to dig under the loam for tiny rocks with wich to fill the feeder

(oh boy, Lu's just gonna watch how this plays out:))

then the feeder will be filled with tiny rocks

she was giving you the benefit of the doubt, thinking you'd magick the rocks into birdseed .
doh!
she will stealth out there one night to try to swap them out, then, once she realizes that you have stopped at Just Rocks for the birds

Birds eat small stones. Father Albert taught us that they do it to not float away.

(Lu backs away from the feeder...she takes her birdseed back into the Chantry...she starts to build a Gesture Dance around the idea of birds floating away.)

when Alexander told you birds eat stone there was no hostility or disparagment in his tone it would seem more like a child explaining something obvious to an older individual

Alexander is happy to talk shop about survival in various environments as he continues his work or training. He would speak of the time spent in the wilds of India searching for Chandra-Kānta, or Greece were thy sought the treasures of lost temples or tombs of ancient kings and heros. He will intersperse questions about appeasement of the local fey and spirits or known ways to repel any indigenous elementals, demons, curse totems, or boogins.

Lu is just the damn sweetest.

Alexander, the birds seem to prefer birdseed to birdrock, at least until you magick something different.

Master Lori will be asking about your plans, but doesn't seem concerned.
On the other hand, Adept Rylie doesn't seem to appreciate your presence on the grounds. Jill is fine with it though. She likes to come investigate your tent and snuffle around for foodstuffs. (Does camp mean tent? Please describe)
Side note and retcon: Jill is def a girl piggy.

camp consists of two old tarps bungie corded to some trees. one to make a lean-to over a hammock or leaf nest with some large rocks holding down the end. the other is tied to three larger sticks on the low end making a W like patern over two well warn five gallon buckets with a D and a W scratched into the outside. A ring of fallen leaves and twigs lies about 20 foot from camp with the lid of an old toilet seat held off the ground by some large stones. on top of the lid lies the remains of a portion of the few meals Alexander has eaten in camp. A small deep hole covered by a bit of deteriorating ply wood and marked with sticks with brightly colored plastic bags melted over the ends can be found about 10 foot from camp opposite the leaf ring. Near the lean-to is a fire pit girded by stones with a few logs placed nearby for sitting. Near the bucket marked w is an old plastic plate, a solo cup, and a plastic fork and knife. At the center of camp is a small makeshift alter. On the alter there is a moldy matted haired troll doll that has been colored with berry juice and coal and adorned with feathers and small bones.

Alexander will explain to Master Lori that he prefers to stay outside as it helps to make him feel less hemmed in and keeps him from disturbing other people's sleep. Adept Rylie's displeasure was expected and politely ignored in a very brittish way. The pig was here before me and thus can come and go as it pleases so long as it doesn't disturb the fairy ring or the troll doll (High Sentinel Citron)

Doctor will approach and Alexander while studying the camp.
"Alexander would you mind if I put up some equipment to study this camp of yours. I am curious and would like some data for study and future knowledge." Doctor motions to some nearby tree or high point. "I would just put something up high to monitor its progress."

go ahead you might wind up Adept Rylie though

Or rather, she'll be close, she'll watch everything you're doing, she'll seem like she's going to say something, she'll stand quietly, she'll leave.
Jill the pig loves to wander in on these occasions and try for belly rubs

a camera would see Alexander training most of the time either practicing kata, meditating, or jumping tree branch to tree branch. Other than training he goes through the mundane day to day rituals, and seems to sleep poorly often screaming and thrashing about before waking
